아이파크는 지상 23~46층 규모 3개동에 55~104평형 449가구로 구성된 최고층 아파트다. 아이파크의 가장 큰 장점은 탁월한 조망권으로 아파트 안의 어느 곳에서도 한강과 코엑스, 강북 등 3면의 조망이 가능하다. 용적률 299%에 건폐율이 9.17%로 지상의 커뮤니티 공간과 녹지비율을 최대한 확보했다. 전체 대지면적의 90% 이상 이 녹지공간으로, lower Garden, 동별 특성을 살린 Secret Garden, 한강을 배경으로 한 River Garden, Sunken Garden, 생활체육공원으로 조성된 Health Garden 등 5가지 테마가든과 단풍나무길, 산책로를 조성하였다.

초고층 아파트들의 최대 맹점으로 꼽히는 자연녹지의 빈곤함을 극복하여 도시 내 문화적 편리 속에서도 최대한 쾌적한 생활을 누릴 수 있는 장치로 자연친화적인 옥외환경을 택해 자연을 가깝게 느낄 수 있는 공간구조를 가지고 있다. 다양한 식재로 사계절의 경관을 만들어 냈으며, 인위적인 포장을 최소화하면서 단지 전체를 깔끔하고 여유있는 분위기로 연출해냈다. 횡적으로는 팽창할 곳이 없는 대도시 속에서 미흡하나마 일반 빌딩보다 많은 녹지를 확보하고 주위환경과 쾌적한 조화를 이룰 수 있는 초고층 주거의 모범적인 사례가 되기를 기대한다.

I-Park is an apartment complex that has 23 to 46 floors, three buildings and 449 units between 181 to 343 square meters. It is the tallest among residential buildings in the country. The biggest advantage of I-Park is the view that the Han river, COEX and northern side of the river are all can be seen from anywhere in side the complex. With floor area ratio of 299 per cent and building coverage ratio of 9.17 per cent, it secured maximum community space and green space ratio. Over 90 percent of land surface area is green space that is filled with five theme gardens like the flower garden, secret garden of each building, river garden with the view of the Han river, sun garden and health garden and green plaza, maple tree road and a walkway.

Along with the fact that I-Park is the tallest residential building in Korea and has a distinctive skyline, it also has a differentiated external environment. It is different from other apartment complexes with lack of green space and it offers both convenience of living in a center of the city and pleasant living environment surrounded by nature. Various water treatment plans create looks of four seasons and artificial factors were minimized, and we tried to create a clean and relaxed ambiance. In a metropolis where there is no space to expand across, we hope I-Park complex becomes a good example of highrise residential building that secures more green space and harmonize with the surrounding environment.
